Receive and manage Bolt Food delivery orders through Pickitoo Connect.
Overview
The Bolt Food integration connects your Bolt Food merchant account to Pickitoo Connect, enabling automated order ingestion and routing to your connected platforms.
Prerequisites
- An active Bolt Food merchant account
- Bolt Food API credentials from your Bolt account manager
- A Pickitoo Connect account with an active organization
1. Request API access from Bolt Food
Bolt Food API access is provided through the Bolt partner program.

Contact Bolt Food support
Reach out to your Bolt Food account manager to request API access and integration credentials.

Receive your credentials
Bolt Food will provide you with a merchant ID, API token, and webhook configuration details.
2. Configure the integration
Set up the Bolt Food integration in Pickitoo Connect.

Add a Bolt Food integration
In Pickitoo Connect, go to Connect > Integrations > Add, and select Bolt Food.

Enter your credentials
Provide your Bolt Food merchant ID and API token.

Configure webhooks
Copy the webhook URL from Pickitoo Connect and provide it to your Bolt Food account manager for webhook registration.

Enable the integration
Toggle the integration to enabled to start receiving orders.
3. Set up connections
Create connections to route Bolt Food orders to your other integrations. Connect Bolt Food as a source integration and select a destination for order data.
4. Verify the setup
Place a test order through Bolt Food to confirm orders flow through to your connected platforms. Check the Events and Transfers tabs to verify delivery.
