Receive and manage Glovo delivery orders through Pickitoo Connect.
Overview
The Glovo integration connects your Glovo partner account to Pickitoo Connect, enabling automated order processing and routing across your connected platforms.
Prerequisites
- An active Glovo partner account
- Glovo API credentials from your Glovo account manager
- A Pickitoo Connect account with an active organization
1. Request API access from Glovo
Glovo API access is managed through the Glovo partner program.

Contact Glovo support
Reach out to your Glovo account manager to request API credentials for integration.

Receive your credentials
Glovo will provide you with a store ID, API key, and webhook secret.
2. Configure the integration
Set up the Glovo integration in Pickitoo Connect.

Add a Glovo integration
In Pickitoo Connect, go to Connect > Integrations > Add, and select Glovo.

Enter your credentials
Provide your Glovo store ID, API key, and webhook secret.

Configure webhooks
Copy the webhook URL from Pickitoo Connect and share it with your Glovo account manager to register incoming order notifications.

Enable the integration
Toggle the integration to enabled to begin receiving Glovo orders.
3. Set up connections
Create connections to route Glovo orders to your other integrations for processing and fulfillment.
4. Verify the setup
Place a test order through Glovo and monitor the Events and Transfers tabs to confirm the integration is working correctly.
