Uber Eats
Receive and manage Uber Eats delivery orders through Pickitoo Connect.
Overview
The Uber Eats integration connects your Uber Eats restaurant account to Pickitoo Connect, enabling automatic order reception and routing to your connected systems for streamlined order management.
Prerequisites
- An active Uber Eats restaurant account
- Access to the Uber Eats developer portal or credentials from your Uber account manager
- A Pickitoo Connect account with an active organization
1. Set up Uber Eats API access
Uber Eats API access is managed through the Uber Developer platform or your Uber Eats account manager.

Request API access
Contact your Uber Eats account manager or register at the Uber Developer portal to request integration access.

Receive your credentials
Uber Eats will provide you with a client ID, client secret, and restaurant ID.
2. Configure the integration
Set up the Uber Eats integration in Pickitoo Connect.

Add an Uber Eats integration
In Pickitoo Connect, go to Connect > Integrations > Add, and select Uber Eats.

Enter your credentials
Provide your Uber Eats client ID, client secret, and restaurant ID.

Authorize the connection
Complete the OAuth authorization flow to grant Pickitoo Connect access to your Uber Eats account.

Enable the integration
Toggle the integration to enabled after successful authorization.
3. Set up connections
Create connections to route Uber Eats orders to your other integrations, such as your POS or kitchen display system.
4. Verify the setup
Place a test order through Uber Eats to confirm the integration is receiving and routing orders correctly.
