Wolt
Receive and manage Wolt delivery orders through Pickitoo Connect.
Overview
The Wolt integration allows you to receive orders from the Wolt marketplace and route them to your other connected systems. Automate order processing, status updates, and delivery tracking.
Prerequisites
- An active Wolt merchant account
- Wolt API credentials provided by your Wolt account manager
- A Pickitoo Connect account with an active organization
1. Request API access from Wolt
Wolt API access is managed through their partner program. Contact your Wolt account manager to request integration credentials.

Contact Wolt support
Reach out to your Wolt account manager or Wolt merchant support to request API integration credentials.

Receive your credentials
Wolt will provide you with a venue ID, API key, and webhook signing secret.
2. Configure the integration
Set up the Wolt integration in Pickitoo Connect using the credentials from Wolt.

Add a Wolt integration
In Pickitoo Connect, go to Connect > Integrations > Add, and select Wolt.

Enter your credentials
Provide your Wolt venue ID, API key, and webhook signing secret.

Configure the webhook URL
Copy the webhook URL displayed in Pickitoo Connect and provide it to your Wolt account manager to complete the webhook setup.

Enable the integration
Toggle the integration to enabled and verify the connection status.
3. Set up connections
Create connections to route incoming Wolt orders to your other integrations, such as your POS system or order management platform.
4. Verify the setup
Place a test order through Wolt to verify orders are received and routed correctly. Monitor transfers in the dashboard to confirm end-to-end data flow.
